<li>Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
<li>Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
  <h4>Requirements</h4>
<li>Proven work experience as a web designer
<li>Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
<li>Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
<li>Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
<li>Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
<li>Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
<li>Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
<li>Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
<li>Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies
<li>BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design or a Visual Arts subject

<li>Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools
<li>Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process
<li>Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills
<li>Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of  timelines and budgets with business acumen
<li>Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
